been sold in stalls at the seafront of many villages surrounding the
Lough. |

Bros. has obtained two sites in the North shores of Carlingford Lough
for the cultivation of mussels and oysters. To guarantee the safe
consumption of mussels and oysters they must go through a purification
process to ensure that the highest standard of hygiene is met, according
to European Law. |
